Cancellation fee, payment, travel cancellation insurance ...
Booking:
 Bookings are only accepted in written form together with a deposit fee.
Deposit:
 To confirm your booking please pay the deposit as mentioned in our conformation.
Arrival:
 On the day of your arrival the apartment are available at 3.00 p.m.
Departure:
 On the day of your departure we kindly ask you to leave your room /apartment by 10.00 a.m.
Cancellation:

Cancellations are only valid in written form!

up to 3 months before your arrival    -   no cancellation fee
3 months to 1 month    -     40 %
1 month to 1 week    -    70 %
In the last week   -   90 %

In order to avoid any cancellation costs we recommend to conclude a travel cancellation insurance

Payment:
 Cash or bank transfer
Pets: Pets Allowed
Deposit: We have the right to demand a final cleaning! Costs: Euro 100,- The same is valid for possible necessary repair works or damages caused by your animal as for example scratched doors etc.

 In order to avoid any cancellation costs we recommend to conclude a travel cancellation insurance, (you can book it together with your booking)
